Located in the heart of Fenton, Spinal Care of St Louis is like no other medical or chiropractic office. The environment at Spinal Care is one of tranquility and comfort. Decorated in calming pastels, we do not have bright lights, loud machines, or stressed staff members. As soon as you enter our office, you will notice a peaceful and easy feeling in the air.

Nathan Heimgartner, DC

Dr. Nathan Heimgartner is a graduate of Logan College of Chiropractic in 2005. Dr. Heimgartner began Spinal Care in 2006 to offer the benefits of chiropractic care to the citizens of Fenton.

Dr. Heimgartner is a proud member of the Fenton Chamber of Commerce and has received honors for his work with low back disc injuries.

Dr. Heimgartner enjoys playing volleyball and basketball in his spare time. He also keeps busy with his young son.
